Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath plus 2 living rooms 1700 sqft Water front home with direct gulf access , about 10 minute boat ride to some of Tampa’s most popular water front bars/restaurants including whiskey joes , WTR , and bahama breeze and less then a mile to the Courtney Campbell causeway. The house also has a large swimming pool. This is the most centrally located water front home you can rent. About 15 minutes from down town , 10 minutes from international and west shore mall! 3 minutes from rocky point golf course!! If your bringing a boat you will need to bring your own docking supplies, there is a boat ramp 10 minutes away to drop your boat! The house has a full kitchen as well.

Summary: very happy with this location and this property, loved the pool and water front to enjoy the pool and family gathering with a very large back patio , soothing beds and very clean over all. very good Wifi antenna with strong signal. I will return to this property with eyes closed and I will definitely recommend to my friends in Miami. thank you so much nick. will see you next time
