Dolphin Pointe condos have a heated pool with a beautiful view of St Joseph Sound. There is a club house with tables and chairs for cards and games, ping pong table and a flat screen tv. The club house also has a beautiful view of St. Joseph Sound. There is a fishing pier, gazebo over looking the water with gas grill and picnic table. There are bikes racks to store your bikes. The Pincellas trail is only a few blocks away for walking and biking. The condos have a great place to launch your kayak with stairs leading to the water. The causeway to Honeymoon Island is 2 blocks away, Great for walking or biking to the Island. Frenches restaurant is only 2 block away. Public grocery store, Walgreens drug store, a bank, Dollar General, Subway, McDonalds, and many other restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The quaint town of Dunedin is only 2 miles south. Take your bike down the trail or drive and find great restaurants, stores, art fairs and the farmers market on Saturdays. Dunedin has many festivals throughout the year. Golf is also near by at the Dunedin Country Club plus other courses near by. You can find boat tours at near by Clearwater which is only 15-20 minutes away. Our location here at Dolphin Pointe is hard to beat.
