The lower level offers a sitting area and a bedroom with full over full bunkbeds and pull out twin trundle, as well as a Queen Sleeper Sofa. A garage with washer and dryer, and a large seating area that leads way to large lanai, heated pool, and gas grille. When you are tired of the sand of the beach, come back for an afternoon at your own pool with loungers!
