The neighborhood is mostly seniors and families with grandchildren. Frequent visitors from the sea include dolphins right in front of the villa. Ample parking in the driveway for a boat trailer. Boat rentals and Golf Cart rentals available close by. Saint James City, is a street legal golf cart community! Incredible view at this price.
