Beautiful water front house within a secure gated community. This modern 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house offers all of the amenities of home and then some. The house is accessible by a ramped entry way that allows wheel chair access if needed. You will not find another location in all of Crystal River that has as much to offer. The views from the waterfront porch and extended dock are remarkable! Great fishing and manatee watching can be had right from the dock which offers plenty of water to safely dock your boat. The dock has been used for 30+ foot boats in the past with no issue. Crystal clear fresh water springs come out of the ground a few hundred yards down the river. The floating dock offers easy access for boating, kayaking, canoeing or just swimming. The house sits in a well kept gated community that is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping in some of the quaint shops offered in the historic downtown area. The larger grocery stores and chain stores are just a short drive away as well. The house is tastefully decorated and ready for an extended stay. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. for preparing meals and a grill is also supplied on the deck. The large waterfront screened porch offers a relaxing place to kick back and enjoy the view or even enjoy a meal. Wildlife including manatees, birds, turtles, fish and even the occasional dolphin can be seen right from the porch and deck! A two car garage with automatic opener provides a place to keep your cars out of the sun as well as safely store any extras you bring with you. There are two kayaks and a canoe provided with the house but you may want to bring a bike also as there are bike trails just outside the subdivision gate. We think you will find the house to be quite comfortable and the location second to none in the area.
