Be happy inside or outside. Heated pool and a 6 person hot tub with fancy lights, grill, 4K SMART TV outdoors, outdoor mood lighting and a large, newly resurfaced, "Old Style" Family Fun Pool (not the tiny ones you see today and includes a deep end). There is a granite bar top with a sliding glass window that extends into the kitchen for entertaining outside.
The kitchen boasts all brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is completely open to the dining and living area so that conversations can be had from any angle. There is also a custom made breakfast nook for eating in the morning and a den with a small office desk in the very large kitchen area. There is a new bar top that extends from the kitchen into the living room adding more seating space to the two large living room couches and 6-8 seat dining area. A new bathroom was added and all the furnishings are brand new throughout the entire house. This was a $175,000 plus renovation. A brand new heat pump pool water heater was installed in (2023).

Those are two properties we rent on Cape Cod, MA, one in Oahu, Kailua, Hawaii and we have been in business for 12 years. I created this home for my Cape Cod clients as many requested a house in Florida and now they take the place in Hawaii too! It has been very popular for people as an option.
Two of the bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a beautiful headboard and boasts a large slider to the lanai/pool with a large picture window overlooking the water. The second "master" bedroom has a queen-size bed with a large picture window looking out at a pergola that has Hibiscus vining flowers that are usually in bloom, but green when not in bloom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a HUGE picture window overlooking the canal and also has access to the pool through a sliding glass door (includes a full operating office with brand new Apple iMac computer, ergonomic office chair and a TONAL WORKOUT MACHINE(that can be used w/a paid monthly subscription). The fourth bedroom has one twin bed & one queen bed w/ two enormous picture windows that let in tons of light. One side of the room overlooks the canal and the other side of the room has views of the plush palm trees and vining Hibiscus flowers. This fourth bedroom also has french doors that open up to the backyard.
The new pool pump and filter are quiet and keep the pool very clean. This along with the pool heater make for a clean and comfortable experience. The new separate 6 person HOT TUB is a great addition to the heated pool.
The large capacity stackable washer and dryer is brand new and located conveniently in the garage. The water heater is a special heat pump water heater so that the house can keep up with hot water demands.
This house is EV friendly! If you have a Tesla we have a plug for you! We installed a proper Tesla wall connector with a 90 amp circuit. Your Tesla (depending on the model) will regulate to the highest possible charge.
The property is truly a tropical paradise. In fact, we even named it, Tropical Calusa :). I purchased this property from a horticultural expert. There is lush landscaping with mature Palms, Oaks, exotic plants, hibiscus flowers, plumeria trees & bushes. There are many fruit trees on the property and tons of gorgeous palm and royal palm trees. There is a star fruit tree in the front of the home that constantly produces year-round. You could eat off of this tree for your entire stay and still not make a dent. There are lychees, avocados, coconuts, key limes, mangos, papayas, macadamia nuts, moringa, bananas, star fruit, and tons of other edible fruits depending on the time of year. There are flowers including many hibiscuses, birds of paradise, gardenia, crotons, bromeliads, ferns, plumeria trees, and many, many other flowers that coat the property in beauty. The property is maintained by a professional that comes on a weekly basis to take care of the landscaping. There is a HUGE royal poinciana in the backyard with a swing for adults and children alike. Also, large jacaranda trees that bloom a vibrant purple in the spring.
We recently installed a WHOLE HOUSE WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM so that you never have to worry about impure water. You can have a look. It is called the Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration System. Your water will be perfectly clean and filtered. This was a $5k investment, but clean water is so important and we believe you should have that.
The windows are enormous, brand new, hurricane-proof, and triple pane. They are impact resistant and hurricane grade glass.
The only thing to note is that we park our car in the garage. It is a large garage, but there is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. You will still have the garage remote, but there will be a car parked there off to the right.
There are new hardwood floors throughout the property with the exception of the kitchen and green room as we fell in love with the "hardwood floor" tile look and thought it was easier coming in from the pool into the kitchen with tile. A brand new heat pump pool water heater was installed in (2023)
Location! Minutes to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach by car, 25 minutes on foot and 7 minute by bike, or in the other direction, to shopping, entertainment district. 10 minutes from your door to the river by boat.
THE HOUSE BOASTS A SIDE DOCK WITH A BOAT LIFT. You can bring your boat or rent a boat locally and use the boat lift.
* Saturday turnovers only. You can book as much time as you want, but it has to be start and end on a Saturday. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY TURNOVERS.
Fee Structure:
Cleaning Fee - Not optional
Pet Fee - Not optional if you have pets (please list how many and what type of animal). We have a garage camera, so we will see how many pets you have and how big they are. We hate to do this, but people have lied to us before so now we check. We collect a deposit ahead of your stay in certain situations due to the house being wrecked twice. You get the deposit back once we inspect the property upon turnover. $300 per stay or $200 per pet if you have more than one animal.
Hot Tub - Optional - If you want to use the hot tub it is expensive to run so this fee covers the cost of paying someone to turn on the hot tub, flush it out (before and after your stay) and turn on the heat. If you don't wish to use the hot tub we can remove this fee. Please note that it takes a day for the hot tub to heat after it is flushed and cleaned so you may not have the full heat until the day after check in. $200 per stay.
Pool Heating Fee - If you want the pool heated it is expensive. If you don't want it heated we can take that fee off. It costs a lot of money to heat a pool. If you don't pay this fee the pool heater will be shut off and locked out. If you pay the fee the pool will be heated. You may not have full heat until the day after check in as it takes a day for the temperature to rise. If you do not put the pool cover on at night the pool will never reach temperature and that it not our responsibility. You have to put the pool cover on every night if you want the heat to stay. Otherwise it will never get warm for you or stay warm. $200 per stay.
