The bunk room has 2 bunk beds and has its own full bathroom. The second floor of this vacation home is an open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that leads out to the large screened porch. The living area is tastefully decorated and features comfortable seating and spiral stair case to the rooftop observation. The dining area features a large wooden table that seats 10. The kitchen is well stocked, equipped with stainless steel appliances, and offers plenty of cabinetry. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside to spread out and enjoy your Island vacation. The surround sound movie room on this floor serves as an additional sleeping area and offers an additional full bathroom with a fabulous clawfoot tub! The spiral staircase on the second floor leads to the fantastic rooftop observation deck with panoramic views and is the perfect place to relax with a refreshing beverage! The exterior of this property offers a beautiful private screened pool (heated for a fee) with awesome bar area, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, park-style grill and community pathway to the beach!
