This home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a screened-in front porch right on the water. The tree lined decks lead you to the private dock with room for your 23 or less foot boat. The home and bungalow are the prefect beach/boating cottage located on the North end of Little Gasparilla Island. The main house offers an open living room, dining area and kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom offers a king bed, and the guest room has 2 twins. There is also a separate bungalow as a third bedroom directly behind the main house. Enjoy peaceful walks along the most pristine sandy beaches. Little Gasparilla is a PRIVATE island with no public access, Transportation to and from the island is by private boat or water taxi. There are no commercial stores, high rises or automobile traffic. Sand paths are for golf carts or wandering the island. Come watch the dolphins and the manatees...unwind, unplug and sip your favorite DOCKTAIL.
