Welcome to Lazy Palms! This is our second Airbnb and it is centrally located in the West Palm Beach area. It’s just beautiful here. We take pride in our Super Host status and have continued that quality of service and comfort that our guests have experienced with this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. Lazy Palms has recently undergone a top-to-bottom renovation. Gorgeous stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and comfy cozy mattresses make this vacation rental one you will never forget.
The space
Living Areas
Great for groups, a large open living room serves as the social heart of the home. Curl up with a good book on the plush sofa and two armchairs in the living room or watch a movie on the 50" smart TV. We comfortably sleep 10. The King Palm room (master) has a very comfortable new king mattress, private bath and walk in closet. The Queen Palm room has a brand-new queen mattress. The Twin Palm room has brand new comfy cozy twin mattresses. The couches in the living room and family room have pullout queen mattresses. All our linens are 5-star hotel quality including lots of throw blankets. There are smart TV’s in the living room, master bedroom and family room that are setup up with the local TV channels, Amazon prime movies and Roku channels. Additionally, there is a DVD player located in the living room and we have a library of over 50 family friendly movies to choose from.
Kitchen & Dining
Flex your culinary muscles in the beautifully renovated kitchen, complete with stone counter tops, solid wood cabinets, a subway tile back splash, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Handy extras include a toaster, Kuerig coffee maker (bring your K-cups), blender, crock pot and all the cookware pots and pans you would expect.
Enjoy coffee at a breakfast table with seating for two or gather the entire group at the dining room table with seating for six.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This home sleeps up to ten guests in three bedrooms with sleeper sofas in the living room and family. Two bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
The luxurious master bedroom decorated in a soothing color palette features a king bed. The en-suite includes a large closet and beautifully renovated bathroom. The second bedroom provides a queen bed. The third bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Outdoor Areas
Kids will enjoy the spacious and lush backyard that include a large lake that has some great fishing (no swimming please), while adults will love the shade and comfort of the screened patio, where you'll find seating and a patio table that seats 4. Additionally, we have offer a new gas barbecue if you enjoy cooking outside while the sunsets over the lake.
Extra Amenities
Our home is stocked with kid-friendly extras including children books, Pack 'n' Play and a highchair. If there is anything else you might need feel free to ask, and hopefully we can accommodate your requests.
Additional amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a circular driveway parking for three vehicles plus additional parking parallel to the street on the grass area. (Please do not block the sidewalk flow the city has been known to hand out parking tickets for that ).
