At home, you have everything at your fingertips for you to relax, sunbathe, swim, listen to music, cook great meals inside or out on the grill, play board games, or watch TV.
The backyard is fully fenced with a private pool and tropical landscaping perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a morning coffee while listening to the sound of the water from the fountain and listening to the birds singing.
During the night you can enjoy a peaceful backyard with unique lighting and relax by the firepit.
Entire house
3 Beds, 2 Baths. Queen size beds in bedrooms 2 and 3. The master bedroom has a King size bed. We also provide an additional inflatable mattress.
2 cars parking spaces: Cars can be parked in the driveway. There is enough space two fit two cars.
Free high-speed WIFI access: Highspeed Wi-Fi for all the family to use.
Washer & dryer: Laundry is located in the garage and detergent is provided.
Hairdryer, and Iron.
Play and Pack: We provide a play and pack for the little ones with a mattress included.
Beach essentials provided (two beach chairs, umbrella, two additional camping chairs, and a cooler)
The house is stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, hangers, Iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body/hand lotion.
Workstation: we provide a desk, a chair, 2 monitors, an HDMI core, a keyboard, and a mouse in case you need to get some work done.
2 TVs: one in the living room and one in the master room.

The entire home is available for you. This is not a shared space. The only partially restricted area is the garage. You will access the house with code that will be provided to you on the check-in day.
Please read fully before booking. Booking the property is deemed of understanding and acceptance of house rules.
OCCUPANTS. No more than six people may occupy the premises at any one time unless prior written consent is obtained. Kids over the age of 6 are counting towards a maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of people or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
PETS: Trained pets are allowed for an additional fee of $150. Pets are not allow in the pool and we ask you to keep them off the couch and beds. We also ask you to clean after your pets.
FURNISHINGS. Furnishing will be provided. The guest shall return all such items at the end of the stay in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the stay. Normal wear and tear are expected.
NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE. Guests should not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), or Inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes.
SMOKING is strictly forbidden in the property including the outdoor spaces. Smoking in the property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional cleaning fee charges to guests as excess damage cost and will be charged against the credit card on file security deposit.
COOKING. Guest may cook only in the specific areas set aside by the host for cooking. No open fires are allowed other than in the grill, outdoor fireplace, or stove. The grill must remain in an open area, away from trees, house, etc. All fires must be thoroughly extinguished before leaving unattended.
DEPARTURE. The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. The rental fee includes laundry service for the towels and linens. Guests are required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was received by making sure that the dishes are washed and put away, and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted, disinfected, and laundered. The property has been cleaned in accordance with CDC-recommended cleaning and disinfecting standards.
SWIMMING POOL RULES:
Swimming is at your own risk
No diving in the pool
No glass at the pool
No running around the pool
No food at the pool
SWIMMING POOL WAIVER. Guests voluntarily assume the risks involved in all activities associated with swimming in the pool located at the premises, and therefore:
Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the house owner, for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from the use of the swimming pool.
Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the house owner for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the Swimming pool.
Any individual under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult when they are in the water.
CAMERAS. Our home has cameras that cover the entire exterior of the house. No personal spaces have camera's. This is only for safety and insurance purposes. No cameras are inside the house. It is absolutely forbidden to reposition the camaras.
POOL MAINTENANCE. pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home, typically on Fridays. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.
LAWN MOWING is schedule every other week. The staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes.
TRASH AND RECYCLING. Trash is collected every Monday and Thursday. Recycle is on Wednesday. You are welcome to move the trash and recycling to the curb if the containers are full.
HOUSEKEEPERS. Our housekeepers will arrive at 11:00 am on the date of checkout.
IDs. We may require pictures of government-issued ID for the safety of our guests, our housekeepers and ourselves.
WIFI. Disconnection of the WIFI is an automatic and Immediate cancellation of the reservation. Regardless of time or day, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately.
