The space
This fully renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bath home is located in Sunny Fort Myers Florida. It's only 10 to 15 minutes from both Spring Training Teams The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins. Only 15 Minutes to Downtown Fort Myers River District, which is home of the Edison & Ford Estates.
As you enter the home you will immediately feel the love along with the time and effort your host Tom & Shannon put into renovating and furnishing this home. Be one of the first to stay in our beautiful home Tropicana Escape.
The kitchen has all new appliances with new cabinets and quartz countertops. It's well equipped with all the cooking items you shall need during your stay. The large sliding doors access the outside Patio area from the kitchen. We know that morning coffee on the patio in the Florida sunshine will be a must, so we ensure you are stocked with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar.
The living room area has a comfortable sofa sleeper which is great for movie nights, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. The Samsung Roku TV is 55” and comes with Apps, such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney + YouTube, Apple TV etc. You will need to bring your own account login details for these.
There is a large patio area with a seating area along with a Gas Fire Pit for these nice breezy nights during the winter. This screened in Patio also has a full pingpong table to enjoy a game during the day or evening.
The Backyard is fenced and gives a nice secluded feel surrounding you by palm trees. We have also supplied you with a full size grill to enjoy and bbq your favorite meals.
The Dining room area has a full size table with 2 benches and 2 end chairs so you can comfortably fit 6 at the table.
The separate Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and you are supplied with laundry detergent during your stay. An Ironing board and Iron is provide as well.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a Roku smart TV, a walk in closet and also an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. On the other side of the house are 2 more bedrooms, one with queen size bed, Roku TV and ample closet space. The other bedroom also has Roku smart TV and a closet to store your clothes and belongings. There is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. All bed and bath linens are supplied.
For those beach days, there is a supply of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a couple of coolers for your use. These are all stored in the closet near the guest bathroom.
There is a driveway for multiple cars.
