Welcome to our meticulously designed VRBO living haven, offering up to 11 individuals an oasis of comfort and delight. Spanning 2,028 sqf, this sanctuary envelops you in tranquility, with spacious bedrooms adorned in lavish linens ensuring serene slumbers.
On the main floor, an intelligently arranged layout beckons—a cozy living room, dining enclave, fully equipped kitchen, accompanied by the charming Playroom/garage, two bedrooms, and a complete bathroom.
The first ground-floor bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-size bed, inviting indulgent repose.
Adjacent, the second ground-floor bedroom features a queen-size bed, ideal for serene escapes.
Upstairs, two more bedrooms mirror the comfort below. The third unveils a queen-size bed, the fourth embraces two full-size beds—perfect for kin or companions. Each room offers air conditioning, securing cool comfort.
Beyond the bedrooms, a dedicated playroom/garage awaits, catering to young and young-at-heart. A daybed transforms into a single, accommodating groups with ease. This sanctuary boasts toys, games, and a flat-screen TV for family game nights or movie retreats.
Elevating the experience, four bedrooms feature flat-screen smart TVs, adding a layer of entertainment.
In essence, our VRBO abode is meticulously crafted for utmost comfort and luxury, accommodating up to 11. Whether family or friends, your cherished stay is certain, fostering timeless memories to treasure.
Please note that there is a 5th bedroom is located in the playroom/garage with an A/C window unit, a daybed and a 58 inch TV!
**Pool Heating:
If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know 48 hours in advance! There is a $50 charge per stay to heat the pool.
The Pickleball Court is a communal court, located off-site, just down the road. It is a 2 minute drive from the home or a short 5 minute walk. The courts are free to use and open daily from 8am-9pm on a first come first serve basis.

All of these amenities are free to use and are first come first serve (Unless they have been rented out privately)
PARTIES & EVENTS
We do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictates no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM.
While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking this home, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
PARKING
The driveway provides plenty of parking. We recommend not to park on the street.
POOL & SWIMMING
The pool is typically at 80-85 degrees. There will be an additional $50 per stay fee if you would like the heat turned on prior to your arrival with the temperature set to 92 degrees.
There is no life guard on duty. Vacayr Management, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related or accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
SECURITY
To ensure safety, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property. We want our guests to be as safe as possible.
SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. There is an additional $500 smoking cleaning fee if any scents of smoke are within the house.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.
