To proceed with registration, there is an application fee of $100 per individual or married couple (ages 18 and above). The approval or denial of the application may take up to 30 days. However, an expedited option is available for an additional fee of $45, reducing the processing time to 5-7 business days instead of the standard 30-day wait.

This location is in the Wynwood-Edgewater neighborhood in Miami, one of the best places to live in Florida! Living in the are offers residents a dense urban feel! Lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks nearby.
Location has good transit which means many nearby public transportation options. Car sharing is available from RelayRides.
➤ NOTE: Before booking, please know that there's an ongoing construction outside of the building premise. It's not related to the management however the construction noise can be heard from inside the unit at some point of the day. This is ongoing until further notice.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
