Private dock on the Withlacoochee River backwaters access Rainbow River and Lake Rousseau from house by boat. Community boat ramp 3 doors down. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths each has it’s own walk out deck. Hot tub on lower deck. No pets. 2 kayaks and a canoe. Leave no trace!
It’s 14 minutes to Rainbow Springs State Park, 23 minutes to Yankee town, and 45 minutes to Fort Island Gulf Beach.
Keep hot tub covered when not in use or subject to $50 fine per day.
