Living room has direct straight-on view and view up the coast to the north (windows on two sides). Both bedrooms have direct view of the beach. No road to cross -- walk out the building onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet private beach with miles of sand in either direction. You will have this entire 2BR/2BA condo with fully equipped kitchen all to yourself.

You will be amazed by the ocean views! The balcony sits directly over the ocean. You'll want to spend hours reading a book, sipping wine or just watching the waves from the ample seating provided.
Walk for miles on our family-friendly beach. The sand stretches for miles in either direction. Enjoy surfing, boogie-boarding, collecting shells or just relaxing in the chairs we provide. This beach is never crowded so you'll have plenty of space to yourself!
We are under 10 minutes south of Cocoa Beach, and one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney and come back to the beach at night! Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite Beach and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions. Satellite Beach/Melbourne area has GREAT restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by.

IMPORTANT: In November 2022 a hurricane destroyed our pool so THERE IS NO POOL. The back of the building will have an "unfinished" look until the pool is reconstructed some time next year.
