Condo 108 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor. It has three flat screen TVs and 4 beds. Condo 108 has three floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with black-out drapes and whispy white sheers. Walk about 5 yards to the beach and pool from your condo.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 8 pool towels, 12 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.
Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 4 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe
