Condo 410 at Island Beach Resort is on the top (4th) floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs and two beds. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
