610 has been renovated to meet all your requirements for a wonderful Destin vacation. The condo is decorated to cool and relaxing colors to not overshadow the breathtaking view that greets you once you enter the condo.
As you enter, the spacious kitchen is on the right. There is ample counter space to cook a feast for Thanksgiving or a quick bite before hitting the white sandy beach. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, and cookware you would need. Small appliances such as a blender and coffee maker are provided in addition to the full-size stainless-steel appliances. The condo also has a full-sized washer and dryer.
There is a dining table set to accommodate 6 for a meal or there is bar seating. The living room features a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the view. The large floor to ceiling glass door leads to the 6th floor balcony. The view from 610 is truly stunning and a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or look for dolphins.
The guest bedroom offers two Twin sized beds and a large flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has combination tub/shower.
The master bedroom has King sized bed and a large flat screen TV as well. There is balcony access from the master bedroom as well. The balcony runs the length of the condo there is plenty of room for the whole family. The adjoining master bathroom is a spa like experience. The bathroom features a huge vanity and double sinks. The walk-in shower is spacious as is the large bathtub. After spending a day in the sun, you will enjoy soaking in the relaxing bathtub.
This condo is new to our rental program, hurry, and book today before the secret is out about Sterling Sands 610! Maximum occupancy is 6, this occupancy includes children under 2.
Sterling Sands requires a $5 per guest fee to use the on-site amenities. This is something that Sterling Sands collects directly from the guest prior to check in and is not included in the grand total since Holiday Isle Properties cannot collect the fee. There is no smoking or vaping in the condo or balcony. There are designated smoke/vape locations on-site.
Turn right out of the back parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr. Turn right at the light onto Highway 98 East. Drive 1.1 miles and Sterling Sands will be on your right. The address is 1080 Highway 98 East.
