This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Oceanfront Condo has spectacular views of the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and the National Marine Sanctuary. The sunsets are incredible. You are over a mile from the main road, surrounded on 3 sides by the Parks, so it is usually quiet. There is a bike/ped path from our complex to the main highway. It is 20 feet from the highway and continues for over 30 miles. I provide you with Bikes, Kayaks, PaddleBoards, Fishing, Snorkeling & Tennis gear at no charge.
The space This condo is on the 5th floor which is why it has such great views. For 40 years the Key have limited the height of buildings to 35 feet (about 3 stories). This is not available anywhere else in the Park. With the extensive natural and native landscaping, this complex is a park within a park. It is an island of humanity surrounded by a sea of nature.
Guest access You may use the entire Condo, 3 pools, 2 Tennis Courts, Playground, 4 acre Lagoon, 4 Beaches, trails and Marina (Dockage for your boat will cost $2.00 per foot per night. Trailer parking is free).
