Our home away from home is an upstairs townhome featuring 3 bedrooms with the spacious master bedroom suite offering a very comfortable queen sized bed and en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with the second guest bedroom having a trundle bed (two twins) that can convert into a king, 2 bathrooms with over 1700 sq feet of living space. The private screened lanai is a great space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or late evening cocktail. You can open the sliders up and feel the breeze throughout the entire property. The owners have completely renovated the entire home featuring teak hardwood flooring, dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, flat panel TV's and so much more. The community features a large heated pool, hot tub and bbq grilling area. The location is just minutes to the world famous Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beaches.
