1. Cats and dogs up to 25 pounds, only 1 permitted, no exotic animals.
2. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outside. Do not put cigarette ashes on the artificial grass.
3. Our home is prepared to accommodate Only the guests on the reservation. Each additional unauthorized guest will accrue a $100 fine. Every person in your group must be included in the guest list, including toddlers and children.

5. The Homeowners are not responsible or liable for any accident or injury that might occur while on the property. Running or playing around the pool is prohibited, as well as diving.
6. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; No music or loud conversation in the backyard and pool area after 10:00p.m. This is a Code-enforced neighborhood whose quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.
7. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. Make sure to check the whole property for your personal items before the end of your stay.
8. Keep the property and furniture in good order.
9. Leave the house as clean and tidy as you found it. Leave dishes and utensils washed and returned to cupboards; and personal items removed. Turn off all light at the time of your check-out.
10. Dispose of the trash in the green and blue containers outside the house. Do so before the end of your stay.
11. Only Flush toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or large objects have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for the damage and repairs.
12. Report any damaged or missing items to your Hosts

2. We provide our guests with a pool alarm system, which is located under the sink. We strongly recommend all our guests to use it to prevent accidents, mostly If you bring your loved children. Therefore, place the alarm in the pool. Your security is our priority.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property.
By Booking our house, you have read, understood and agreed to all of our house rules. A copy of these rules will be also included in the House Rule Binder at the house.
