This fully furnished, light, and airy 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home includes all the amenities you expect. It includes a granite kitchen with new appliances and all the comforts of home. And for quiet reflection, there is a deck off the living room with a great view of the water to sip your morning coffee. The two master suites have their private balconies. The other two bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to the covered deck. There is also ample area for sunbathing around the pool.
Located at the end of a quiet dead-end street, the home sits on the ocean end of a canal. Plenty of dockage is available for a 30' boat. Room to park 1 trailer. Bring your boat or rent one from several nearby boat rentals.
The home's location is ideal for trips to the reef and backcountry water. There are no bridges to encumber your direct access to the ocean. Just a short boat ride away is the world-renowned Looe Key Reef which offers some of the most spectacular diving and snorkeling in the United States! Some of the species you will most likely see will be turtles, Goliath Groupers, Angel, Parrots, and Puffer fish to name a few. Just a little further out to deeper water and you will enter some of the best sport fishing that only the Florida Keys can offer.
For the landlubbers, we are ideally located a short drive from both Key West and Marathon. Within minutes you can enjoy all the thrills of Key West's Mallory Square Entertainers at Sunset, walk the famous Duval Street, and dine at some of the best cuisines on earth. For a more structured experience, you can tour the Hemingway House, Mel Fishers Museum, and the Key West Lighthouse or take the trolley around town. There's plenty to do and experience. Heading north towards Marathon, you will find great bird sanctuaries, Bahia Honda State Park, and Sombrero Beach which has beach volleyball courts.
