Beautiful home on deep water canal with dockage and direct access to bay. Our home is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood in the keys. Nearby is a shopping center and movie theater. Excellent dining as well as delicious local eateries surround us. This home was completely renovated in July 2017. All new furniture, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen and bathrooms include new quartz countertops and new cabinets Luxury vinyl flooring throughout the inside and new tile shower walls. New bedroom furniture and mattresses. This home sleeps 6 people very comfortably. Large LED T.V.'s (2) with free WIFI, internet and basic cable. Large washer and dryer, and kitchen equipped with all of your cooking needs. Spacious screened in terrace overlooking dock and large covered carport with BBQ area. It has a 57 foot cement dock with a fish cleaning table. Upon exiting the canal there is a great bay area for wake boarding, skiing, tubing etc. Snake Creek and Tavernier Creek are just minutes away with easy access to the ocean and some of the best fishing in the world. Take a short walk, or boat ride and experience the spectacular Florida Keys sunsets, or just sit on the patio with your favorite drink and watch the colors melt across the sky. Owner’s boat is docked, but guests are welcome to bring their boat up to 24' in length. Proof of insurance and registration is required in the name of the guest staying at the home. Monthly and long-term renters welcome.
