The cabin is furnished for no-frills comfort and standalone living, making this a great choice for an angler's escape or a low-key couples getaway. The large yard (shared with the neighboring cabin) provides plenty of opportunity for enjoying the outdoors with ample seating options, a gas barbecue grill, and a covered firepit. You'll be situated right between the Goethe State Forest and Wacasassa Bay Preserve State Park. There's also a canoe available at the property that you can use to explore the river. The colorful fishing community of Cedar Key is only 25 miles away. Cyclists can enjoy easy access to the Nature Coast State Trailhead in Chiefland (16.6 mi.). Fanning Springs, Manatee Springs, and Otter Springs are all within a 30-mile radius.
The cabin is set up with a studio-style layout and comes equipped with a mid-size kitchen. Additional essentials include a full bathroom, a washer/dryer, in-home WiFi, a smart TV, a mounted heater, and an air-conditioner unit.
