**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

If you require an early check-in, please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early check-in or request early check-in.

Please NO SMOKING INDOORS. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee.
The property is protected by Surveillance cameras (located on the exterior of the house only, the front and rear of the house) and noise detectors (do not record). The noise detectors are located on the interior and backyard. DO NOT TAMPER WITH CAMERAS OR NOISE DETECTORS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.
Remember that you're staying in a house, in quiet residential area , we ask that you be mindful of the noise and be respectful to our neighbors. Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
