THE EXTERIOR ~~ The large heated pool and hot tub spa is located in a lush tropical setting and invites you to swim the day away. Catch a siesta on the sun loungers or cozy up with a good book in the lazy hammock shaded by the palm trees. Enjoy lunch "al fresco" at one of 2 outdoor dining tables. Practice your short game on our fun family putting green. The tiki hut is a favorite spot to gather for a cocktail, gaze at the canal and enjoy "island time". The deep water canal and private dock are at the backdoor for your enjoyment, perfect for fishing, kayaking or renting a boat. Sirenia By The Sea offers direct access to Bimini Bay and the Gulf of Mexico (no bridges!).
THE BEACH ~~ Anna Maria Island is blessed with sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters. The Gulf Beach is only 1 block from the villa (11 houses down). Beach access is directly on our street. No Stress!
THE INTERIOR ~~ The house has been newly renovated resplendent with coastal breezy furniture and seating for all, with two separate living areas, each with their own large Flat Screen TV's. The upstairs den/bunk room is a great flex space to enjoy a quiet moment working at the office desk, no one will feel crowded! The open concept kitchen with new stainless steel appliances easily accommodates a large group. The upgraded cabinetry, quartz countertops, and premium cookware call to your "inner foodie" making cooking for a crowd a breeze. Wine lovers will enjoy the wine fridge as well as a second full size refrigerator nearby for large groups.
Sirenia By The Sea offers both a Weber gas B.B.Q. grill and a Weber Charcoal grill. Enjoy delicious dining al fresco or in the large dining room overlooking the pool.

There is 1 primary bedroom with King Size bed which offers a full en-suite bathrooms (step in shower) and sitting area. The twin bedroom (2 twins) is conveniently located next to the Master bedroom with a bathroom at the end of the hall (step in shower). The queen bedroom offers privacy tucked away in its own wing on the main level with its own en-suite bathroom (step in shower).
SECOND FLOOR
The upstairs primary king bedroom has a private balcony with waterfront views and private ensuite bath (shower/tub combination). A second primary king bedroom upstairs has a sitting area and its own en-suite bathroom (step in shower). The upstairs den/bunk bed room has room for 4 people to sleep in the double over double bunk bed.
