You will love this elegantly renovated and spacious three bedroom, three bathroom villa. There are new wood floors, a fully updated kitchen, and new furnishings. This lovely property is located on the ground level - just park and walk up a few steps to the front door!
The floor plan offers an open entrance foyer, a sunny dining area with french doors to a screened in porch, and a spacious family room with a comfy sectional queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HDTV. Our gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The master bedroom is designed with a king bed and an updated private master bath featuring an oversized shower and roman bathtub. A second guest bedroom features a king bed, an HDTV and access to a private full bath. Our third guest bedroom offers a bunk bed (twin over full beds) and a custom built-in entertainment center with an HDTV. A third bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
You will enjoy cool ocean breezes and a tranquil view of the golf course while entertaining outside on the screened porch with outdoor seating. A few steps away is the sparkling Tivoli swimming pool!
