"Southern Suns" is a 5-bedroom, 3-bath home located in Gulf Trace, a private community located south of scenic highway 30A. Gulf Trace is approximately one mile west of Grayton Beach and surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Recreation Area. The HOA does not allow golf carts in this neighborhood.
Southern Suns offers 2075 square feet of comfortable living space and is located on a corner lot directly across from the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico beach. The boardwalk to the beach is approximately 50 yards away. This home is built on pilings and provides plenty of covered parking plus a cool afternoon play area underneath with a Ping-Pong table.
The first floor features a spacious deck area, two bedrooms (each with king beds), two full baths, a large living and dining area, TV/DVD, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The 2nd floor offers two large bedrooms and a full bath:
BR#1 King, Twin + Twin trundle
BR#2 Queen, Twin/Full bunk bed
There is also a loft area perfect for kids with an additional Twin + Twin trundle, a large TV and DVD player, board games and puzzles. Each bedroom is equipped with TV and DVD player.
After a day at the beach relax by the PRIVATE pool which is surrounded by a 6' privacy fence. The ample sun deck area offers shade along with a BBQ grill. The pool can heated for fall and winter guests at $45 per day.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
