Named after our daughters as this reminds me of paradise in our beautiful Pine Island, St James City oasis. Aaliyah's and Amina's Tropical Retreat. Consisting of four units with a new heated pool in between. Situated on nearly 6 acres to explore with tropical plants, WiFi and much more. So close to shops, restaurants, tropical fruit nursery's, beaches and more. Unit 2 is a second floor, completely renovated condo with a full kitchen (no dishwasher), living area, dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience as well. The bedrooms have a king bed, queen and queen with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom and a door leading to the wrap around deck. There is high speed wireless internet throughout as well as smart TV's in all of the rooms. On-site there's a gas bbq grill, fire pit and cornhole to enjoy. Walk around the property, the trails and find our famous peacocks that fly in often. This unit can sleep up to 8 guests. Have a larger group? If available, units 1 or 4 may be added for additional sleeping. On-site care taker if there are ever any issues.
