Light, contemporary apartment. One generous master bedroom with queen bed and en suite with large shower. Second bedroom with two twin beds. Brand new separate bathroom with a bath/shower. Besides the beach nearby, there are lots of restaurants, parks, outdoor gyms and playgrounds all within walking distance as well as shops and supermarkets. After enjoying the art deco buildings, beach, bustle, and the nightlife of Ocean Grove, walking along the promenade to South Pointe Park to see the boats and cruise liners is a must.
If you have children and want a change of scenery, Jungle Island is fantastic, only a 10 min drive away. You can hold Macaws, baby Alligators and monkeys. The Miami Zoo is 35min away. It is the only sub-tropical zoo in the US which means you get to see a wide variety of animals from Asia, Africa and Australia.
"SoFi” – the enclave South of Fifth Street in which this apartment is located –is a vibrant destination in its own right. Some locals who have discovered SoFi actually gave up their landlocked houses to purchase condos in the clouds along with wealthy business people and more than a few big-name celebrities who have first- and second-homes here.
