Enjoy your stay in one of America's most vibrant communities, The Villages, at this stylish and modern three-bedroom home in Pine Hills. This recently built house is the perfect home-away-from-home, with everything you'll need to relax and unwind after a busy day of adventure in Central Florida!
Up to eight guests can sleep in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The home has four TVs — one in the living room and three in each bedroom — with internet connectivity, including access to Netflix and Hulu. The dwelling is also stacked with new appliances, including a pellet grill located on the back patio, where you and your guests can relax in the screened lanai.
We also have a gas-operated golf cart and two bikes at the property, which guests can use at their pleasure.
With the purchase of a temporary Resident ID*, you and your guests can enjoy the mind-blowing number of recreational opportunities The Villages offers, including the nearly 50 famed golf courses. The home is located between two communal pools, and is just a short jaunt down the road from the Moyer Rec Center, where there is a family pool, courts for tennis and pickle ball, and more activities.
