- Pool use for those under 16 requires adult supervision; no horseplay or diving allowed.
- Observe quiet time 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Prepare for mosquitoes with bug spray; extinguish outdoor bug repellent devices after use; keep doors/windows closed after dusk.
- No parties or large gatherings; additional guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
- Replacement fees WILL APPLY for missing or damaged amenities, utilities, décor, or equipment.
- Towels, linens, and toiletries provided; refrain from taking them to avoid additional fees.
- Clean up after pets and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Conserve energy; turn off air conditioning when opening windows/patio doors.
- Be careful with food, beverages, and sunscreen products to protect indoor furnishings.
