(wi-fi/cable/HBO), an office (metal/steel/industrial/ desks), a Tiki bar/chill-out/room, and a lounge area (connected to the house), a nice place to spend a rainy day/night. Each room has it's own ceiling/wall/lights/fans, central heat and air conditioning throughout most of the house (except lounge room).
