It is on the 41 MM of the Osage Arm of Lake of the Ozarks approximately 10 minutes outside of Laurie, MO where there are grocery stores, restaurants, an ice cream shop, etc. This open concept home was completely remodeled down to the studs within the past year to include: the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, loft area for the kids, flooring, new furniture throughout, and a new 500 sq ft deck with grill.
This 2,100 sq ft home has two living areas, dry bar with full fridge on the lower level, washer/dryer for your convenience and sleeps up to 10 adults and 4 children comfortably (3 queen beds, 2 bunk beds with twin top [kids only]/full bottom, and 2 queen sleeper sofas). There is plenty of room in the yard to gather around the fire pit or just relax and enjoy the lake view. There is also a private dock with a 12x28 slip, PWC slip and a large swim platform that is available for your use and is guaranteed to please the boaters and swimmers in your family alike.
