Wonderful house on the Withlacoochee River, with large deck looking over the river. Just 5 miles off the interstate, it is an hour's drive from Disney, Busch Gardens, and Universal Studios. It's rural, so you may see owls, otters, herons and egrets from the deck, but it is less than 10 minutes from restaurants and a large grocery store. Pets are welcome.
Not a luxury estate, but beautifully furnished with all the modern conveniences.
Why this may not be for you:
1) No TV (we do have Wifi), to encourage people to relax and enjoy nature and each others company.
2) It is rural. There is no coffee shop within walking distance.
3) While the house is comfortable with modern conveniences and beautiful furniture, it is not a luxurious estate.
4) You cannot invite additional people over. Only the number of people on your request are allowed.
5) Neighboring houses are 10 feet apart. Loud parties would probably result in complaints.
