The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin bed and trundle bed (sleeps 4 total) The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and twin trundle (sleeps 3 total -this room can be added for an additional cleaning fee) the home has recent renovations with new bathrooms and a freshly painted interior. Spend days relaxing or entertaining guests by barbecuing on the large screened in porch that overlooks a private fenced in backyard safe for both children and pets. Property manager lives on sight In a separate efficiency apartment with separate entrance, sharing only the laundry room and driveway.
