The thoughtfully designed house blends easily with the tropical environment, the house has palm trees, avocado, and mango trees. Travertine deck, lounge chairs, sofas, outdoor dining table for 8, BBQ area with a bistro table, and a hammock to relax. The minimalist interior uses materials such as neutral tiles, wood, and white linen, for a fresh yet lush setting.

Parking in the garage is not permitted as it was converted to a playroom where the guests can enjoy the ping-pong table, a giant dominoes and a giant tumble tower, a darts board, and more.
Security System: The house has surveillance cameras and is 24 hs monitored. In addition, the house has fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and certified fire extinguishers. A landline is provided for emergencies.
