On the bottom level is a wonderful game room with a pool table, foosball table, and large TV. There are 10 TV's in the home (including one in every bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the game room).
There are two dining areas that can both accommodate a minimum of 10 people and there is a ton of outdoor seating as well for dining and lounging. There are several outdoor patio tables and several chaise lounge chairs around the pool.
