Positive: The property was quite beautiful. Furniture and decor was lovely and updated. The house was very clean. The towels and shampoos and little amenities in the bathrooms were great. The kitchen was lacking a little bit of supplies for cooking but overall a big beautiful kitchen. Great seating for a family to have meals at the table. The elevator was shut down for the entire stay to the third floor.

Negative: Even though it was across the street from the beach, there is no beach access unless you walk down the block and into the public access which is a fairly good walk with chairs and coolers, etc.

Summary: We love the property. It was beautiful. Due to the lack of beach weather we didn’t really worry about going to the beach
