Walk a block and a half to one of Destin's most beautiful beaches, or enjoy the privacy of your own large patio, grill, and private salt water pool that can be heated for an additional fee.

This home is conveniently located near shopping, fine restaurants and entertainment the whole family will love. Located in the quiet Crystal Beach neighborhood, your family/friends can take advantage of more than 6 miles of trails nearby.
You will love the 3232 square feet of living space the home has to offer to house your family reunions or friends vacationing together. The wide-open first floor living area includes: 10’ ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, dining for up to 16, and looks out on the beautiful pool and patio area. Downstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed and their own bathrooms.
Moving up to the second level you will find a relaxing area at the top of the stairs, loaded with kid's games, a TV, and queen sleeper. This floor also has 2 bedrooms and a bunk room, each with their own full bathrooms. Continue to the third floor and enjoy the living area destined to be a great hang out for all ages. This area includes a couch/daybed, TV and a pub table-perfect for games. Look out from the third-floor balcony onto the commons area below. In addition, find 2 more bedrooms on the third floor with a jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have their own televisions, as well as TV's in all living areas.
For disclosure purposes, this home does have a security camera that covers the front door and another security camera that covers the pool and parking area.
