Guests have access to the entire home with large pool and a very cozy private backyard with seating to relax while enjoying the beautiful sunny weather. Enjoy the outside Patio table and chairs to sit out.
The House has an excellent Air Condition cooling system, so you’ll always be in a great comfort. You can enjoy a full amenity Kitchen if you like cooking. House has an Excellent washer / dryer if needed to use.
Don’t forget to bring along your camera, that’s all you need too make this vacation stay with ever lasting memories.
We make sure there are enough fresh linens, bath and beach towels for the whole family, but feel free to let us know if you will require anything extra. OUTDOOR GAS GRILL: The outdoor gas grill is free to your use with the condition that you are to clean it back after your use.We do not provide any gas refills exchanges during your stay, however you can exchange for a new one at the local 711 store.

NO OUTDOOR MUSIC, OR LOUD NOISES AFTER 10:00PM.
We have a zero tolerance for any loud noise after 10PM. Should we get any complaints from our neighbors about noise disturbances after 10PM outside from the backyard and pool area, you will be required to leave our home immediately, this will result in an immediate cancellation off your booking with no refunds given back, due to not obeying our house policy rules.
POOL HOURS: This is a very important house rule for all our guests to follow, you must know we have great neighbors and share a great friendship with our neighbors, we do not tolerate any type off noise or music or any complaints from our neighbors about loud noise after 10PM SHARP: SHOULD WE GET ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM, we will immediately cancel your booking due to violating our house rules, this will result in your removal from our home, with NO refunds given.
Note: POOL CLEANING MAINTENANCE is scheduled every Thursday Morning, they come between 6:45AM - 7:00AM Weekly, should you find yard debris or florida bugs on the pool layer surface, we have provided a net stick in the backyard to remove the unwanted debris that happen during your stay. Please place back the net stick where you found it.
Hurricane season in Florida: June 1st-November 30th. Please be informed of weather conditions before and during your stay. Evacuations may be mandated in the event of a hurricane warning. This property is located in Evacuation Zone B. Various levels of evacuation ranging from voluntary to mandatory will occur based on the zone.
