Great room is all tile flooring and has a 60" Smart tv with cable. Private deck & screened lanai. WIFI. Dishwasher/gas stove/ice maker refrigerator/disposal. 10 minute boat ride to Gulf. Motorized boat lifts (Only one is available now for 18 to 24 ft boats), gas grill. Public boat launch less than a mile away.
Two-story house with a complete unit on each floor. I am renting out them separately. The whole house for rent, the price will be $200.00 per night.
