The space includes a king sized bed with a new Roku tv, brand new gourmet efficiency kitchen, and eating area and or office with new luxury lvp flooring that have the best views on the island of the Matlacha Aquatic Preserve. Privacy walls have been installed for a more privacy outside between units.
