When not out on the water, you can also view the gorgeous Florida sunrise and sunsets from the private dock, large back yard or or lanai year round! Enjoy swimming in the new heated pool. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Inside you have beautiful water views and access from both the family room or separate screened lanai. The home has an updated kitchen and floors.
The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Including super high speed internet (400 MB/s), TVs ready to sign in to your favorite streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, keurig and everything you need.
