Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The townhouse was clean and check-in/check-out were very easy (just get a code and use it). Beds and rooms were in good shape, all appliances worked. Property managers were very responsive and easy to work with.

Negative: Ants showed up as we did, the back door didn't secure properly. The worst was at check-in time the resort guard shack was not prepared for the number of people arriving and we had ridiculous wait getting back into the complex. Other than those things, the property owners were very responsive and took care of the issues. The location in regard to Disney and Universal was a little farther than we've stayed in the past - took a while to drive to get there.
