Home is approx. 700 sq. feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Open kitchen area. Smart TV with basic TV through Youtube TV is provided. Free WIFI. Large spacious partially fenced backyard with tropical vibe and many trees which is what makes this property unique! Enjoy a nap in the hammock or sunbathing in the private backyard. There is a small outdoor screened in porch off the carport which is perfect for sipping morning coffee. Open patio area with seating, firepit, and string lights for added ambiance! Nearby public park with kayak/boat launch within walking distance. Up and coming neighborhood west of U.S. 41 which is highly sought out and where the locals prefer to be.
