Summary: Entire hotel has that “run down” appearance. Nobody at the desk when I arrived. Clerk showed up grumbling about something. Main floor elevator looks like someone had to pry the doors apart at some point. When I entered the room first thing I noticed was the toilet seat up and the toilet running.
