Up to date unit sports leather furniture, tile flooring, carpeting in the bedroom and granite counter-tops in the kitchen and baths and a washer/dryer. Flat screen smart TV's are available in both the family and bedroom area's. High speed internet is also included.
The resort community has two pools with grills, a hot tub, tennis courts and a bocce ball court. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach or around the beautiful lake and waterfall area. The adjoining park has covered cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Well maintained bocce courts are also available along with lit tennis courts and an amphitheater.
All that you could possibly need is just minutes away: shopping at Harborside, great restaurants, movie theaters, a fitness center and live theater! For more intense shoppers, the Gardens mall, "Downtown" , and City Place a very popular shopping, restaurant and nightlife area, are a short ride away.
You will also be in close proximity to the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. For children you have the Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park, Loggerhead turtle center and the Busch animal center.
