Super friendly place and one of few dog friendly condos. Only well trained pets that are not disruptive being left alone welcomed. Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is directly across the street from Gulf .This building provides outdoor pool with new lounge chairs, workout room, sauna, laundry facility and tennis courts. The unit is conveniently on the first floor with a great view of Little Sabine Bay. There are adirondack chairs and 2 charcoal grills directly below for your use as well.
