There is a back deck perfect for relaxing, grilling and enjoying the evening sunset with a beautiful view of the small pond located on the property. The house is located just 15 minutes from the University of Florida and Santa Fe College, 10 minutes from the city of Alachua and 20 minutes from High Springs.
